As if it were a stage, the three Win a Home duos of 2017 created lounges that were true living spaces. With bold colours and luxurious finishes, kick your feet up and explore the latest living trends…
With a relaxed element of sophistication, the Team Visi living area homes a signed David Ballam photograph, a feature wall and a unique mid-century armchair. A unique paint technique allows for an airy flow through the inviting, open plan into the kitchen donning the new Rugged Concrete by Caesarstone.
Team House and Leisure
A bold use of colour can be found in the Team House and Leisure lounge, that blends the lounge seamlessly into the kitchen. The duo chose beautiful timber furniture from Houtlander and show off fine curation skills with a selection of bespoke art pieces to give the room character. Pastel colour pendant lights add to an international Scandi feel of the design aesthetic that merges with an African style.
Clever design creates a partition, bar and lounge area into a relatively small living room. Among the razzle-dazzle elements, Team Habitat have custom-made Truk lights, designed with upcycled truck air filters by Stephen Pikus. Caesarstone Coastal Grey floating shelves home décor items, and with a myriad of mirrors throughout the room the result is a reflective and bright space.
